Business Analyst (m/f)
Location: Bern
The Client Innovation Center (CIC), a new, innovative and exciting part of IBM is looking for Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a larger project creating a sophisticated solution for one of our clients. This role will require you to analyze and challenge our customers’ needs. You will work closely with developers, product managers and other stakeholders to find out solutions, understand and communicate complex ideas.
Your Responsibility:
- Understand product requirements and end-user needs and drivers
- Elicit and analyze all requirements, including business rules
- Identify and document all business, technical, product and process requirements
- Understand and prioritize requirements and end-user needs and drivers
- Develop detailed requirements, features, user interface mock ups, storyboards, use cases, or other artifacts required to ensure a successful and quality product
Our expectations / Your Profile:
- A degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Management
- 3 – 5 years professional experience in management consulting, professional services or technology-related industries
- Expert user of MS Office
- Strong business orientation with outstanding analytical problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Good knowledge of the English & German language (written & spoken)
- An ability to pro-actively take ownership of and resolve problems
- The ability to work constructively as part of a team to satisfy the customer needs
