Business Analyst (m/f) Data Classification
Location: Geneva
The Client Innovation Center (CIC), a new, innovative and exciting part of IBM is looking for a
Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a larger project creating a sophisticated solution for one of our clients. This role will require you to analyze and challenge our customer’s needs. You will work closely with developers, product managers and other stakeholders to find out solutions, understand and communicate complex ideas.
Your Responsibility:
- Elicit and analyze the data classification requirements based on the in-house policy, including business rules
- Dialogue with the business to have the classification validated
- Elaborate solution with the technical data classification experts
- Coordinate the data classification implementation
- Liaise with the rest of the projects
Our expectations / Your Profile:
- A degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics,or Management
- 3 – 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry
- Strong business orientation with outstanding analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of the French and English (written & spoken)
- An ability to pro-actively take ownership of and resolve problems
- The ability to work constructively as part of a team to satisfy the customer needs
- Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport
