Where your path leads you? Directly into our Public/Government Consulting team. Together with our customers from the Public/Government sector, we design and implement innovative business models, with all solutions being individually tailored to the customer.

As Associate Partner, you will guide our customers from strategic definition, project scoping through to successful implementation. You will help us develop our consulting and service portfolio of tomorrow.

 

Your responsibilities

 

• You work closely with our clients during the complete opportunity and sales lifecycle in the Public/Government sector
  
• You analyse potentials for optimization and cost-reduction in complex IT landscapes on the basis of new technologies
  
• You be actively involved in our international IBM communities
  
• You contribute to a large extend to growth and new business and develop yourself into an Executive role

Your Profile

 

• 8+ years experience in digital transformation programs and a sound network of Public/Government C-level contacts
  
• Experience in Public/Government processes and requirements
  
• Good understanding of the needs of the client
  
• A strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills and growth mindset
  
• Strong ability to analyse complex situations and solving problems
  
• Language skills: German, English and French
  
• Willingness to work together with our clients on site
